A native of Richland, Washington, Dr. Ostdahl is a graduate of Alexis I. DuPont School
in Wilmington (DE), and was an American Field Service exchange student in Switzerland.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Duke University and Duke University School of Medicine, Dr.
Ostdahl served as Assistant Resident in both General Surgery and Neurological Surgery at
Duke University Medical Center, and as Chief Resident in Neurosurgery at Duke University
Medical Center in Durham (NC).
Certified by both the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of
Neurological Surgery, Dr. Ostdahl holds appointments at the Pinnacle Health System
Hospitals (Harrisburg); Holy Spirit Hospital (Camp Hill); HealthSouth Rehabilitation
Hospital (Mechanicsburg); and Carlisle Hospital.
Dr. Ostdahl holds a number of honors including:
